Not today however! For some reason known only to the little voices in my head (perhaps to honor the pending NFL season? [img]graemlins/hmmm.gif[/img] ), I have increased my regular workout schedule to "two a days". So, I'm doing 60+ mins on the treadmill every morning and again in the afternoon, with either weights or yard work thrown in between the two.
